The role involves update the risk register and method statements (RAMS); audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry. Requirements: • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites Performance bonus on top of base pay.
