Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Your main tasks: • Season and marinate meat on request • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
