Joiner — Meade County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a joiner in Meade County, Kentucky. You should have: • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings On a typical shift you will erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours; measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; fix studwork and plasterboard partitions; cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
