Great opportunity: we are hiring a car refinisher in Dallas County, Iowa. The job is in a spray booth. The role involves: • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss Requirements: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
