Now hiring: we are hiring a plant operator (dozer) in Woods County, Oklahoma. The job is on a quarry floor. The role involves clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin; grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily; grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms; carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil; work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
