Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Gunnison County, Colorado. You will work in a hospital canteen. Requirements: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) On a typical shift you will sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
