CNC mill setter-operator wanted in Grimes County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Grimes County, Texas. You will be based in a die and mould making unit. You will deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm. You should have: • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery Full-time with occasional weekends.
