Now hiring: we are hiring a press operator in La Paz County, Arizona. The job is on the press shop floor. On a typical shift you will punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; record output and downtime on the production sheet; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean. You should have: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts 3+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
