Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Seward County, Kansas. The job is at a powder coating unit. Requirements: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens On a typical shift you will reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $3,800 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
