Join our team: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Yola South, Adamawa State. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Day to day you will score the top of loaves before baking; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around ₦275,000 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
