Assembly technician wanted in Hardin County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an assembly technician in Hardin County, Iowa. You will be based at an automotive parts factory. The role involves: • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Follow the work instruction sheet for each station • Top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
