Site safety steward • McCreary County, Kentucky

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a site safety steward in McCreary County, Kentucky. You will be based on a high-rise building project. You will audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges; update the risk register and method statements (RAMS); inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action. You should have: • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
