Bakery assistant • Traill County, North Dakota

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Traill County, North Dakota. You will be based in a bread factory. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to work early-morning and night shifts You will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds.
