Baker wanted in Hawkins County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a baker in Hawkins County, Tennessee. You will work at a cake shop. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate Your main tasks: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
