Immediate opening: we are hiring a dough maker in Orumba South, Anambra State. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics The role involves: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
