Paint booth operator — Neosho County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Neosho County, Kansas. You will work at a powder coating unit. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg The role involves: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat 2+ years on the tools preferred. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
