Vacancy available: scullery hand (South Dakota)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a scullery hand in Hyde County, South Dakota. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. What we are looking for: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred You will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles.
