The role involves install alarms, immobilisers and central locking; test batteries, alternators and starter motors with a multimeter; repair air-conditioning electrical controls; read wiring diagrams and trace circuits; replace blown fuses, relays and faulty switches. Requirements: • Able to read wiring diagrams confidently • Good colour vision for identifying wire colours • Steady hands for soldering fine connections 2+ years on the tools preferred.
