Urgent requirement: we are hiring a commercial refrigeration engineer in Centre County, Pennsylvania. Requirements: • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints Your main tasks: • Measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter • Charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight • Braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch • Replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves • Service split AC units and VRF systems Rotating shifts.
