Groundskeeper — McDonough County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a groundskeeper in McDonough County, Illinois. You will be based at a landscaping company. You should have: • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules Day to day you will mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers; maintain compost heaps and the potting shed; repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings; apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. We offer $3,700 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours.
