We are recruiting: we are hiring a prep cook in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. Day to day you will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare the mise en place before each service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations.
