Meat trimmer • Okobo, Akwa Ibom State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Okobo, Akwa Ibom State. You will work at a halal meat counter. The role involves monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
