Powder coating technician — Randolph County

Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Randolph County, Missouri. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. Your main tasks: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Pay around $3,700 per month, based on your experience. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
