Requirements: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling You will monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
