The role involves check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns Six days a week, one day off.
