Event security steward wanted in Merced County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an event security steward in Merced County, California. You will be based in a CCTV control room. You will log every visitor and vehicle in the duty register; write up incident reports after any disturbance; detain shoplifters or trespassers and hand them over to police; monitor the CCTV screens in the control room; hand over the duty register and brief the next shift at handover; raise the alarm and follow the evacuation drill in an emergency. What we are looking for: • Basic reading of English and local language for registers • Valid PSARA / security guard licence • Clean police verification with no criminal record Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
