Plasterer's mate — City of Poquoson

Vacancy available: we are hiring a plasterer's mate in City of Poquoson, Virginia. Ideal candidate: • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites You will clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets; float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge; set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work; apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork; polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
