Acoustic insulation fitter — Clay County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an acoustic insulation fitter in Clay County, Alabama. You will be based on a high-rise façade. The role involves prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness; lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane Meals and transport allowance provided.
