Join our team: we are hiring a safety marshal in Bernalillo County, New Mexico. Requirements: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions The role involves: • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges 6+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $5,400 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
