Now hiring: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Houston County, Minnesota. The job is at a powder coating unit. On a typical shift you will stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Full-time, day shift. $21 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
