Lift technician • Franklin County, Tennessee

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lift technician in Franklin County, Tennessee. You will be based in a machine room on the rooftop. Day-to-day duties: • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts Requirements: • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
