Brick and block layer — Kura

Great opportunity: we are hiring a brick and block layer in Kura, Kano State. The job is at a residential building site. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) Day-to-day duties: • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings • Building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. We offer ₦190,000 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
