Immediate opening: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Russell County, Virginia. You will be based in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. You should have: • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols You will grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
