Join our team: we are hiring a catering cook in Grant County, New Mexico. You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Day to day you will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
