We are recruiting: we are hiring a waitress in Crockett County, Texas. You will work at a rooftop bar and grill. Ideal candidate: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service The role involves greet guests, seat them and present the menu; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket).
