Now hiring: we are hiring an advanced scaffolder in Matanuska-Susitna Borough, Alaska. You will be based on a residential housing development. Requirements: • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns • Awareness of TG20 and SG4 safe working practice • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold Day to day you will install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts; read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class; hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope; erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage; inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use.
