Join our team: we are hiring a halal butcher in Martin County, Indiana. The job is at a busy retail butcher's shop. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling The role involves keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
