Urgent requirement: we are hiring a window glazier in Alcona County, Michigan. Requirements: • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop On the job you will handle: • Fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame Rotating shifts.
