Now hiring: we are hiring a spray painter (automotive) in Anoka County, Minnesota. You will be based at an accident repair centre. You should have: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Good eye for colour matching and blending Day-to-day duties: • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs Full-time, day shift.
