Great opportunity: crane rigger (England)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a crane rigger in Kirklees, England. You will work on an offshore oil and gas platform. On a typical shift you will tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; read lift plans and method statements before starting. You should have: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Confident with standard crane hand signals 2+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around £17 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
