Great opportunity: we are hiring a canteen cook in Cherokee County, South Carolina. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Your main tasks: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency Part-time with flexible hours.
