Structural MIG welder wanted in Jefferson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a structural MIG welder in Jefferson County, Arkansas. You will be based on a structural steel site. What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes On a typical shift you will set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; grind back and re-weld any defective runs; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc.
