Bulldozer operator — Spokane County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bulldozer operator in Spokane County, Washington. You will be based in an open-cast mine. You should have: • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance On the job you will handle: • Stockpile and spread material to the required levels • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles Rotating shifts.
