Vacancy available: we are hiring a garment presser in Seneca County, Ohio. You will be based in a tailoring workshop. Requirements: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets Day to day you will press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; meet the daily piece target without damaging garments. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $3,700 per month plus benefits.
