Toolroom milling operator wanted in Pickens County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Pickens County, Georgia. You will be based in a die and mould making unit. Day to day you will measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square. Ideal candidate: • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
