Your main tasks: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife Requirements: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Full-time, day shift.
