Immediate opening: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in South Tyneside, England. The job is in a hospital canteen. The role involves polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided.
