Prep cook • Barde, Yobe State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a prep cook in Barde, Yobe State. The job is at a cloud kitchen. What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Day-to-day duties: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes Six days a week, one day off.
