Requirements: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces Day-to-day duties: • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports Full-time with occasional weekends.
