Sheet metal roofer — Prince Edward County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sheet metal roofer in Prince Edward County, Virginia. You will be based at a busy roofing firm. On a typical shift you will fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens; carry out leak inspections and patch repairs; fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits; set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing; seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing. What we are looking for: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather • A good head for heights and steady balance • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
